Q: How do I log in to eCrew?

A: To log in to eCrew, you may have to enter the registered email address on your profile as your username and your password.



Q: I forgot my username.

A: If you have already activated your eCrew account before, your username is your registered email address in eCrew.



Q: How do I reset my password?

Access eCrew through this link https://sso.osm.no/Account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=%2f, then click “Forgot Password?” button. You will be asked to manually enter your registered email address. Once done, click on Recover My Password. Check the email notification on your inbox.



Q: I cannot change my password, my email belongs to multiple accounts.

A: Kindly provide us with your email address and employee/eCrew number and will get back to you the soonest.



Q: I cannot reset my password, eCrew says could not match the email address entered in database.

A: Kindly provide us with your email address and employee/eCrew number and will get back to you the soonest.



Q: I cannot log in to eCrew, it says that either my username and password is invalid.

A: Kindly ensure that you are entering the correct email address as your username and your updated password.



Q: I forgot my username and password.

A: Your username is your email address. As for your password, you have an option to retrieve your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” button in eCrew login page. Enter your email address and an email notification will be sent to your inbox.
